The adidas 4D FWD 3 uses an updated angled lattice midsole, 3D printed to provide the ultimate in support, cushioning and propulsion. As the midsole compresses forward, it reduces braking forces, transforming impact energy into forward motion, generating a smooth transition with less stop/go pavement pounding. An adaptive Primeknit upper combines with lightweight mesh for a breathable but supported feel.
