Sandwiching newly tweaked carbon ENERGY RODS between two thick layers of Lightstrike Pro cushioning, the Y-3 Adizero Adios Pro 3 has all the tools you could you want to maximise your efforts on race day as well as a colour update and two fade-effect elements that mark their Y-3 identity, as well as designer Yohji Yamamoto's signature on the left shoes, and three stripes on the right.
The resilient Lightstrike Pro midsole offers maximum cushioning and energy return, while the ENERGY RODS 2.0 have tuned stiffness to propel you forward. Newly constructed into a single structure, they give a more harmonious ride than in previous versions
Ground contact is still made through the continental rubber outsole that offers excellent traction in the wet or dry, for confident cornering in any conditions.
